Who we are
This site is operated by Raeven, Inc. (Delaware, USA), trading as Sether. You can reach us at privacy@raeven.co or godfrey@raeven.co until DNS for the primary domain propagates.
What we collect on this site
- Waitlist email address. If you submit our waitlist form, we collect the email address you provide. We use it solely to contact you about Sether's launch and product updates. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for marketing.
- Anonymous usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible / first-party event tracking) to count page visits and feature usage. No cookies, no cross-site tracking. We never collect or store your IP address in identifiable form.
- The interactive sandbox runs in your browser. Whatever text you paste into the live sandbox stays in your browser. We do not transmit it to our servers, log it, or persist it anywhere.
What we do NOT collect
- We do not place advertising or tracking cookies.
- We do not share data with ad networks.
- We do not require you to create an account to read this site.
- We do not store the test data you paste into the sandbox.
Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
You can request deletion of your waitlist email at any time by emailing privacy@raeven.co. We will remove it within 30 days. Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, port, or delete your personal data; under CCPA you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale (we do not sell). To exercise any right, contact us.
Sub-processors
- Vercel hosts the marketing site (US infrastructure). Their privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
- Cloudflare serves DNS and WAF for our domains. Their privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
- Email captured via the waitlist may be forwarded to a notification webhook (Resend / similar) for the purpose of sending you the launch email. No third party is permitted to use the email for their own marketing.
Changes
If we materially change this notice, we will update the date above and, where required, contact waitlist subscribers directly.
