Pre-launch terms
Sether is currently in pre-release alpha. The hosted product (paid tiers) has not launched yet. These terms cover the marketing site, the open-source package @raeven-co/sether, and the waitlist form. Separate terms will be presented before any paid subscription begins.
The OSS package
The npm package @raeven-co/sether is licensed under the MIT License — see the LICENSE file. You can use it, modify it, and redistribute it under the MIT terms, including commercially. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The marketing site & waitlist
- The interactive sandbox is provided for evaluation only. We make no guarantees about detection accuracy in the browser-only demo. Production deployments should install the OSS package or wait for the hosted product launch.
- Submitting the waitlist form means you consent to receive product launch and update emails from Sether. You can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing privacy@raeven.co.
- You agree not to misuse the site (no scraping, no security testing without prior written consent, no attempts to disrupt service).
No warranty (alpha software)
Sether is alpha software. The OSS package and any pre-release behavior on this site are provided on an "AS IS" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raeven, Inc. disclaims all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raeven, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the marketing site, the OSS package, or the waitlist.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes
We may update these terms before the paid product launches. The date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
